Client Responsibilities
At KEMS Beauty & Style, our aim is to provide exceptional makeup services a.k.a glamour for every occasion. We ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments, ready for transformation, and to communicate any specific aesthetic preferences. We reserve the right to amend appointment times based on availability and will provide notice in cases of changes. Payments must be completed prior to service commencement, and any cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Use of Products and Services
KEMS Beauty & Style commits to employing only high-quality, professional-grade cosmetics designed to ensure longevity and satisfaction. We encourage clients to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to services being rendered. Our services include makeup application for various occasions, education in makeup techniques, and product recommendations. Note that results may vary based on individual skin types and preferences. By booking with us, clients acknowledge that they assume responsibility for their skin and makeup results, which depend on individual circumstances.
